RSPCA
quote:
*****APPEAL FOR INFORMATION*****
RSPCA Cymru were called out to rescue this male ginger cat in Tredegar, who had deep wounds to his leg and rear end. It has been reported that the injuries were sustained by two men in a white van setting a dog on the cat, and we are keen to hear from anyone who may have further information about this: 0300 123 8018.

The neutered cat is currently receiving treatment in our care, and we are trying to find his owners

Please keep your cats (and dogs) safe whilst this despicable pair are on the loose

Someone does know, but whether they have the guts to tell is another story. That poor cat must've been petrified. The owners must be so sad.

People who are capable of doing something like that are sick in the head, and are breathing good air they don't deserve to be breathing.
