There is evidence that taking vitamin D3 helps protect and fight against the Covid19 infection. Anyone in fear of this illness would be advised to take multivitamin tablets which could help save lives - especially older forum members. Almost all multivitamin tablets contain adequate amounts of vitamin D, and other vitamins which could help such as vitamin C.

Excellent advice, shame the government didn't consider this cheap and readily available vitamin? (Not that's it's a cure).
