Does anyone know if someone dies can they be buried in a grave belonging to their spouses family ie a great uncle

You would have to have permission from the deed owner of the grave.

re lewis family graves. dates 1900 to 1940. james Lewis, frank lewis connections with shoes shops/cobbling
